1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items (e.g., personal care products, intimate items, or final sale products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance restrictions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at help@blackeusa.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
  • Our support team will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model (if available), please mention this when contacting us.

6. Non-Returnable Item

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless defective or incorrect):

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
