- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain items (e.g., personal care products, intimate items, or final sale products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance restrictions.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
- Our support team will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

6. Non-Returnable Item

8. Cancellations
